INSANI: Journal of Islamic Educational and Human Resource Development (INSANI) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by the Institute for Research and Community Service (LP3M), Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Bangil (UNUBA), Indonesia. The journal provides a scientific platform for researchers, academics, educators, policymakers, human resource professionals, and practitioners to disseminate high-quality research in the fields of **Islamic education, Islamic educational management, Islamic management, and human resource development**. INSANI aims to advance interdisciplinary scholarship by integrating Islamic values with contemporary theories and practices in education, leadership, management, and organizational development. The journal promotes innovative and evidence-based research that contributes to the improvement of educational quality, institutional governance, ethical leadership, organizational effectiveness, and sustainable human capital development in Islamic educational institutions and broader organizational contexts.
