About the Journal

INSANI: Journal of Islamic Educational and Human Resource Development (INSANI) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published by Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Bangil (UNUBA). The journal serves as an international academic platform for researchers, lecturers, educators, human resource professionals, policymakers, and practitioners to disseminate high-quality research and scholarly works in the fields of Islamic education and human resource development (HRD).

INSANI aims to advance the integration of Islamic educational values with contemporary human resource development theories and practices.
